Job Description

High-level Job Purpose Statement

Responsible for assisting in implementing and formulating sales activities to drive the desired volume for the company’s products. Duties include implementing concrete sales plans and target distributions assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of the annual volume budget preparation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of regional sales strategies.
  • Carry out monthly target distributions and ensure they are well-communicated to all branches.
  • Provide informative sales reports to Regional Sales Manager highlighting key challenges.
  • Update sales team with the selling prices.
  • Resolve problems and complaints through proper internal channels in a professional manner.
  • Sell all product offerings demonstrating professional sales ability, knowledge and skills across all product line
  • Continually learn new products and services and methods of presentation for these products knowledge and applicability to products and services to customer needs and requirements.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing new sales strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Completes regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains regional staff job results.
  • Records, monitors and reports the regional staff performance.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

Skills

Qualifications

University degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field Masters Preferred

Experience

8+ years’ experience in sales management; 5 years in Automotive industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
  • Excellent computer skills; In depth knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
