How to check the Saudi visa status online using passport number

After submitting your documents to the Saudi Embassy, ​​you can check the status of the visa stamp online with your passport number on the Enjaz website. In other words, you can check if your passport is stamped with a Saudi visa or not.

Why do we need it? If you have hired an agent to stick the visa on your passport, you should always release the final payment after checking the Saudi visa status on the Enjaz website. Enjaz is an official website of Saudi Arabia, so the information that comes from it is genuine.

Check the Saudi visa status with the passport number

To check the Saudi visa status with the passport number on the Enjaz website,
• First of all, Open https://enjazit.com.sa/VisaPerson/GetApplicantData
• Then, Enter your passport number.
• Choose your nationality.
• Visa type, for example, if you want to check Yellow Slip Visa or permanent family visa online, you must select ‘Resident’ as a visa type.
Visa Issuing Authority – The name of the city where the Saudi embassy or consulate is located.

Visa stamped

Family visa: If you see a page with all your visa details and a photo open, it means that your family visa has been stamped. However, the verification criteria are different for the work visa.

Work visa: A work visa is only stamped by the Saudi embassy if you see two barcodes, as shown below.

Visa not stamped

Error message “An error occurred, verify the application data and try again” means one of two things;
• Your passport has not yet been stamped, or
• You entered incorrect information.

The Saudi embassy or the Saudi consulate does not accept any application with insufficient documentation, and therefore there is minimal chance of rejecting a visa.

Check the Saudi visa status with the application number

You can also check the status of the Saudi visa stamp by entering your application number and passport number on the Enjaz website. To be able to do this;
• Open https://enjazit.com.sa/Enjaz/PersonServices
• Select “Applied application” on the “search for” tab
• Enter your application number.
• After that, Enter your passport number.

Family Visa: If the family visa is stamped on your passport, the following message will appear on your computer or mobile screen with the visa details along with your photo.

Work visa: A work visa is only stamped by the Saudi embassy if you see two barcodes, as shown below.

Error message: “Invalid search criteria” means one of two things;
• Your passport has not yet been stamped, or
• You entered incorrect information.

Normally, the general public does not have access to information such as the application visa applications.

Can we check Saudi visa status with the MOFA website

The MOFA website does not update the Saudi visa stamp status on your passport from any Saudi embassy or Saudi consulate in another country.

You can only check the status of a visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia by MOFA. For example, if you have applied for a family visa, you can check the visa status for family visits on MOFA.
