Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that we have to be vigilant and united, we will thwart the plans of the enemy to spread chaos.
According to DG ISPR, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited North Waziristan where he was briefed on the operation on the Pak-Afghan border.
Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Noman Mahmood also accompanied the Army Chief. It was informed in the briefing that 90 mines were destroyed in the operation on the border while the process of fencing on the border is in full swing.
On the occasion, the Army Chief said that we are committed to lasting peace, Pakistan is playing an effective role in improving border security.
“Peace in the region is growing stronger, we must be vigilant and united, we will thwart the enemy’s plans to spread chaos,” he said.
The Army Chief said that the efforts of the local population, civil administration, and security agencies have paid off, they are honing the capabilities of law enforcement agencies and the achievements of Operation Redalfsad will not go in vain.
